We brought our passion for brewing from the Czech Republic to Australia, inspired by the Bohemian brewing tradition. We proudly work with local Australian brewers who share our commitment to quality and uphold the high standards of Czech Pilsner. We're also inspired by the love of beer in both Czech and Aussie communities. Now, we invite you to join us on a journey to create and enjoy a true Czech-Australian Pilsner.
Velvet is brewed down under in collaboration with renowned independent Australian brewers to celebrate the friendship between Australians and Czechs. It’s neither a traditional Czech nor a typical Australian lager. Velvet combines the best of both, capturing the connection between our nations in a unique and inspiring new taste.
Velvet commemorates the Czechoslovakia's 1989 Velvet Revolution, which fully reconnected the country with the world after 40 years of isolation.
Throughout these years, the Czechs were busy perfecting their lager, working in a world free of profit driven corporations.
Velvet also refers to the unique taste experience of a freshly poured Pilsner beer, served in a traditional way, with a smooth, velvety foam.
